These terms govern your use of hmasters.com and every purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing here limits the statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. If you have a question before ordering, email Info@hmasters.com.

1. Definitions

"H-Masters", "we" or "us" means the seller operating this store. "You" means the person placing the order. "Products" means the H-Masters Miller and any accessory we offer. "Order" means your request to buy Products through our checkout.

2. Using the Website

You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's availability, scrape it at scale, probe its security, bypass access controls, or resell access to it. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. We aim to keep the store available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance and incidents happen.

3. Products and Descriptions

The H-Masters Miller is machined from 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum billet. Published specifications — including a weight of 106 g and dimensions of 55 × 55 × 35 mm — are accurate to normal manufacturing tolerances. Anodised finishes such as Matte Black and Space Grey may vary slightly in tone between production batches, and screens and photography can render colour differently. Such variation is not a defect. Products are sold for lawful use only; you are responsible for complying with the law where you live.

4. Orders and Formation of Contract

Adding an item to your cart is not a reservation. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. All orders depend on acceptance and stock availability. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if pricing or product information was obviously wrong, if we cannot verify your payment or address, or if we suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout; standard shipping is free on orders over €120 within the EU. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers, and must be received in full before we ship. Orders delivered outside the EU may attract import duties, taxes and customs handling fees, which are payable by the recipient. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

6. Delivery and Risk

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Indicative delivery is 3–7 business days within the EU and 7–20 business days elsewhere; these are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier or customs delays are outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you nominate. Full detail is in our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As an EU consumer you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. We extend this to a 30-day return window for unused Products in their original, undamaged packaging with all components included. Start a return by emailing Info@hmasters.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return. Products showing use, residue or damage beyond what is needed to inspect them may be refunded at a reduced amount.

8. Warranty and Conformity

Every H-Masters Product carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects for the original purchaser, in addition to your statutory rights to a conforming product. The warranty covers defects in machining, threading, magnets and anodising. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks from use, loss, or damage caused by drops, misuse, aggressive solvents, abrasive cleaning, dishwashers or unauthorised modification. To claim, email us with your order number and photographs of the issue. Where a claim is valid we repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

The H-Masters name and logo, the 710 series and Edition One product identities, the site's text, photography, 3D assets and design, and the industrial design of the Miller are owned by H-Masters or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture, or create derivative designs from them without our written permission. Editorial use of our product photography with attribution and an unaltered image is permitted.

10. Affiliates and User Submissions

Affiliate applications are reviewed case by case; submitting one creates no partnership until we confirm acceptance in writing and you accept the program terms we provide. Content you send us — reviews, photographs, messages — may be used by us to promote the brand, and you confirm you own it or have permission to share it.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost data or loss of use.

12. Force Majeure

We are not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier failure, customs action, strikes, supply shortages, natural events, war or interruption of utilities or hosting services.

13. Complaints and Disputes

Send complaints to Info@hmasters.com. We acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days. If we cannot agree, EU consumers may use the European online dispute resolution channels available in their country.

14. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by Dutch law and applicable EU consumer law; mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes fall to the competent courts of the Netherlands unless the law gives you the right to sue locally. We may update these terms; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
