The Product
What makes the H-Masters Miller different?
It is machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum billet rather than cast or die-formed, so tolerances hold under load and the halves keep aligning after years of use. The tooth geometry is designed for dense, sticky rosin-grade material instead of dry herb, and the magnetic closure keeps the halves seated without a threaded lid to cross-thread. At 106 g and 55 × 55 × 35 mm it stays pocketable without feeling hollow.
Which finishes are available, and are they identical inside?
Matte Black and Space Grey. Mechanically they are the same instrument — same billet, same tooth geometry, same magnets, same €89 price. Only the anodised finish differs, and anodising can vary very slightly in tone between production batches.
How much does it hold, and how fine is the output?
The chamber is sized for a comfortable single session rather than bulk storage, so material never packs against the teeth and clog. Output is a consistent medium-fine grind; a shorter turn gives a coarser, fluffier result, and a full rotation gives a finer one.
Will it clog with sticky, resinous material?
That is the case it was designed for. The dome pegs shear rather than crush, and the interior walls are smooth so residue does not build in corners. With very sticky material, a few minutes in the freezer before grinding makes a noticeable difference.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my Miller?
Separate the halves, tap out loose residue and brush the teeth with a stiff dry brush. For a deep clean every few weeks, soak the aluminum parts in isopropyl alcohol for 20–30 minutes, brush, rinse with warm water and dry fully before reassembling. Avoid abrasive pads, acetone, oven cleaner and dishwashers — they attack the anodised finish, and that damage is not covered by the warranty.
Do the magnets weaken over time?
The neodymium magnets are recessed into the billet and rated for many thousands of cycles. Keep the Miller away from sustained heat above roughly 80 °C — a hot car dashboard or a radiator — since heat, not use, is what degrades magnets.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes. Email us with your order number and what you need and we will quote parts and postage. Genuine defects are handled free under the lifetime warranty rather than sold as spares.
Orders, Shipping & Payment
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. EU delivery is typically 3–7 business days and standard EU shipping is free on orders over €120; outside the EU expect 7–20 business days plus customs clearance. Exact cost for your address is shown before payment. Full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page.
When will my order ship and how do I track it?
We process orders within 1–2 business days and ship tracked. You get an order confirmation immediately and a dispatch email with a tracking link when the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs on Shopify, so all major cards and the local wallets Shopify supports for your country are accepted. Prices are shown and charged in euro, including VAT where applicable. Card details never touch our own servers.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email Info@hmasters.com as fast as you can. Before dispatch we can change the address or cancel outright. Once the carrier has scanned the parcel we have to let it deliver and handle it as a return.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Not inside the EU — VAT is already included. Orders to the UK, Switzerland, Norway and outside Europe may attract import duty, VAT and a carrier handling fee, all payable by the recipient. We must declare the true value and cannot mark parcels as gifts.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unused Products in their original packaging with all components — longer than the 14-day EU withdrawal right. Email Info@hmasters.com with your order number to get a return reference before sending anything back. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product; refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects for the original purchaser, on top of your statutory rights. It covers threading, magnets, tooth geometry and anodising failures. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, loss, drops, harsh solvents or modification.
My Miller arrived damaged. What now?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the outer box. We arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping, and we do not make you wait for the carrier claim to close.

Can I become an H-Masters affiliate?
Yes — apply through our Affiliate page. We review every application individually and look at how you talk about gear rather than follower count alone. If we accept you, we send the program terms and your tracking link in writing before anything goes live.
Do you sell wholesale or stock retailers?
Selectively. Email Info@hmasters.com with your shop, location and expected volumes and we will tell you whether we can supply your market.
How do I reach a human?
